Former Jharkhand Governor Forook Dies at 74

Former Jharkhand Governor MOH Farook (74) died at a hospital in Chennai on Thursday night. He was appointed as the 19th Governor of Kerala on the 8th December last year. Earlier this month he had taken leave for treatment. Jharkhand Governor Dr Syed Ahmed and Chief Minister Arjun Munda attended the last rites which were performed in Puducherry. The state government had declared a mourning for a day and the flags were flying at half mast on Friday.
