32 Can Bombs Recovered
In a joint operation by the Latehar police and the CRPF 32 can bombs were recovered from the Latjungles under Barwadih police station in Latehar district. Giving this information the Police Superintendent of Latehar Kranti Kumar said that it looked like a series of blasts were planned and with this recovery a major disaster has been averted. He said that most of the bombs were of 5 kgs, but some were of 10 and 15 kgs also, with one bomb of 40kgs. It may be mentioned that after the last week’s blast on 21st in which 13 cops were killed extra efforts are being put to nab out the naxals.
