Naxal Activities Effecting Development – Governor

Jharkhand Governor Dr. Syed Ahmed unfurled the national flag at the Morabadi grounds in Ranchi on Thursday, the Republic Day. He inspected the parade and honoured many with medals. Many government departments took out attractive tableaus. Speaking on the occasion Governor Ahmed said that the development in the state is badly effected by the naxal activities. He appealed to the naxals to join the main stream and help in the development of Jharkhand. He also said that apart from the security forces which are doing its best to curb naxal activities the people at large should also change themselves and help the government effort in this regard.
