Congress general secretary Rahul Ghandhi is scheduled ti visit Jharkhand to tone up the State party unit. Gandhi will meet elected panchayat representatives  as well as party office-bearers during his visit on Tuesday and Wednesday. Briefing the media, State Congress president and MP Pradeep Kumar Balmuchu said Gandhi would also meet tana bhagats.
