Instead of draining resources for erecting paramilitary forces it should be concentrate to erect the infrastructure in the villages. A awareness drive will be more appropriate than drive of hunting the naxalites, who often put foreword innocent villagers as human shield. The govt. should work towards making villages as informed ones by providing them regular newspapers, magazines, radio and tv sets etc, which will create a positive atmosphere for democracy and erode the support base of naxalites.
