67 files seized from residence of an assistant
Arun Kumar Singh, Secretary of Sales Tax Department has said that on receiving secret information, the officials of Sales Tax Department raided the residence of Prakash, an assistant of the department at 11.30 pm on Sunday and seized 67 office files from his residence. The raiding party came to know that one Gudu Singh a non- official used to write on the official files, which relate to scam of 25 crores. The files are being investigated to know more details. The assistant has been suspended and a FIR is being lodged against him at the Police Station.

With due respect to secretary of sales tax department i think that this news has been fabricated by him or is he not sure about the raid because in some newspapers he said that raid has took place on Saturday at 9 P.M. and has recovered 74 files or 76 files and in some he says that raid has took place on sunday at 11.30 P.M. and recovered 67 files and is also sure about the amount of scam without any calculation. I don’t know why i am fishing out that there has been no raid took place and he is trying to make an ordinary Assistant a scape goat to save himself or his friends in his department from some kind of scam or irregularities as i have come to know that there has been some allegations on him when he was secretary, Department of Tourism, Jharkhand. Is he trying to fool media people by making such announcements.
