Club Information

1. RGC introduces a stylishly designed identity card for its members and their dependents. Members & dependents are requested to deposit photograph (two copies, passport size) at the office and get the identity card issued. 

2. Members are requested to give necessary instructions to their ayah(s) and servant(s) not to roam in the club house/lawn/lobby/swimming pool/ Health Club area.  

3. Members/dependents are requested to note that children below 18 years are not allowed in the Bar.  

4. Members are requested to please note that local guests without prior permission are not allowed in the club.  

5. Dependents are not allowed to introduce any Guest(s) in the club.  

6. Kindly inform your changed telephone number, if any, for printing in the next issue of telephone directory. Please note that in absence of any intimation, number as per club record will be printed. 

7. Members are also requested to inform their mobile number & e-mail address to the club to enable them to send SMS from the club. 

8. Please deposit your identity card(s) for renewal. Cards will be renewed only on clearance of Up-to-date club dues.

9. Members are requested not to return the books issued from library at reception Counter.

10. Members desirous of releasing advertisement in events card may contact club office. 

11. Please ensure  to remove the RGC Sticker from their vehicle (s) whenever the vehicle(s) sold.

12. Members are requested to note that Indian Food is being provided during the lunch time in addition to chinese food. 

13. Members are requested to note that Tennis Coach will be available on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.

14. Members are requested to note that Yoga Teacher will be available on all days except Mondays from 7 AM to 8 AM. 

15. Members re requested not to throw garbages into the swimming pool  

16. Parents are requested to take special care over their children when they are in and around the swimming pool to avoid any untoward incidents.
