Ranchi Express Group was established with Ranchi Express as a local weekly in tabloid format in 1963. Today it is a full fledged broad-size newspaper circulated primarily in the State of Jharkhand (southern part of undivided Bihar). Apart from the morning Hindi daily Ranchi Express, the group also publishes an English weekly Jharkhand Classifieds and and English Annual Business Directory Express Info Book.
