XLRI Climbs 25 Places to Rank 33rd Globally in Financial Times Masters in Management 2026
Jamshedpur, September 11, 2026: XLRI – Xavier School of Management has secured the 33rd position globally in the Financial Times (FT) Masters in Management (MiM) 2026 Ranking, marking a significant rise of 25 places from its 58th position in 2025. The achievement places XLRI among the leading management institutions globally and reinforces its growing international standing in management education.
The FT Masters in Management 2026 ranking evaluated 132 full-time, cohort-based MiM programmes from business schools around the world. The ranking assesses institutions across a range of parameters including graduate salary, salary growth, career progression, value for money, career services, alumni network, international exposure, diversity and sustainability.
XLRI’s 33rd position represents a notable improvement over its 58th rank in the 2025 FT Masters in Management ranking, reflecting the institution’s continued focus on academic excellence, industry relevance, career outcomes and the development of responsible leaders. The FT ranking methodology combines data from business schools and alumni. The ranking also recognises the broader dimensions of management education, including the effectiveness of career services and alumni networks, international mobility, diversity, sustainability and the extent to which graduates achieve the objectives of their management education.
