A Vibrant Celebration of Joy,
Learning and Togetherness Gulmohur High School hosted
Kindergarten Fest, a vibrant and memorable celebration that beautifully blended
culture, creativity, learning and joy. The programme brought together young
learners from Nursery, LKG and UKG, who showcased their talents through a
thoughtfully curated series of performances. The celebration commenced with a
Safety Pause, ensuring that everyone was ready for the programme, followed by a
warm Welcome Speech and the introduction of the esteemed Chief Guest, Ms. Ashu
Tiwary, senior educationist and Principal of St. John’s High School. The
traditional Ceremonial Lighting of the Lamp symbolised knowledge, hope and new
beginnings, followed by an auspicious Invocation through a Shloka, seeking
blessings for a joyful and successful celebration. The young performers then took the
audience on an enchanting journey through music, dance, creativity and
learning. The UKG Welcome Dance, “United in Joy,” set the stage with a vibrant
celebration of togetherness and happiness. The Nursery Fashion Show, “Weaving
the World, Walking the Ramp,” showcased diversity, creativity and the richness
of global cultures through the confident steps of the little stars. The LKG Hindi Dance, “Healthy Body
and Pure Thoughts,” conveyed an important message about health, hygiene and
positive thinking. This was followed by the melodious UKG choral presentation,
“Learning with Joy Everyday – Joyful Learning for a Global Future,” which
highlighted the importance of joyful, meaningful and future-ready learning. The celebration continued with the
lively UKG dance presentation, “Best Day of My Life,” which portrayed the
happiness of childhood, friendship and cherished moments. The LKG presentation,
“Rhythms Around the World – Jungle Dance & Hula Hula,” took the audience on
an energetic journey through diverse rhythms and cultures. One of the highlights of the
programme was “The Magic of Seven Corners – A Journey Across the Classroom,”
presented by UKG. Through this creative presentation, the young learners
demonstrated how different learning spaces could transform the classroom into
an environment of exploration, discovery and joyful learning. The programme culminated in
“Together We Shine – Grand Finale,” where the LKG students celebrated the
values of unity, friendship and togetherness. The formal proceedings concluded
with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to everyone who
contributed to making the celebration special, followed by a proud rendition of
the School Song. The event proved to be more than a
cultural presentation—it was a celebration of joyful learning, creativity,
confidence, diversity, health, friendship and the spirit of togetherness.
Through their performances, the young learners beautifully demonstrated that
education becomes truly meaningful when children learn, explore and express
themselves with joy. The celebration was a memorable
experience for the young performers, parents, teachers and distinguished
guests, reflecting the school’s commitment to nurturing confident, creative and
compassionate young learners. Special appreciation is also
extended to the Process Owners – Ms. Vinita Krishnan, Ms. P. Harshika, Ms.
Natasha Dey and Ms. Monica Raj. Their meticulous planning, coordination,
creativity and dedication under the able guidance of the Principal, Ms. Priti
Sinha and the Vice Principal, Ms. Archana Srivastava ensured that every aspect
of the programme was thoughtfully executed.
